No. Not exactly... sorta. You're stuck the moment they get you in it. It doesn't get harder to get out--because it's bad from the beginning. And the only way to get out--is to attack the dream shifter. You're not really attackin' them, but it breaks off their power.

Only, they make themselves look like someone in the dream to blend in, so it can be hard to find 'em...
