Well-spoken. Of course, I have no intentions of rushing in blindly to perform said tampering. I'm not quite ready to rule out doing something to the machine at some point, however. But I agree that at the least, any observation and study of it that may be possible will come first. Any attempt to work with the machine must be an educated one. We can't let something like this just sit around forever, not with the benefits that it could yield.
