That may be so. But you could say my teaching methods are a little unorthodox. Failure isn't an option, and I've no time for weaklings who can't handle it. Manipulating ki is a daunting task, especially if you aren't built for it like a Saiyan is. Now don't get me wrong, humans are capable. But in my experience they are few and far in between. 'Alien' races seems to be more fit for it than most, but I don't see a whole lot of them running around here.
