Personally, I've recruited three people from Excenn, one from Zompania, [Though she didn't even hear of any Zompanians on her last two missions, which is worrisome] one from O'Connell, and two from Deese. [...Though in the case of the last two she's pretty sure they liked more of the Brigade angle than the resistance angle.

...she does not mention her failure to impress anyone from R'Car or how any people from Kin'cora she met on her last sailor mission might have avoided her entirely. ]
