Well... what's unique about Luceti, among other things, is that people go back a lot quicker there than they do even as compared to other enclosures, right? Or at least, some people in the MSF have made a big deal about that. The other thing is that if you got ten people in this enclosure together, at least four of them would have at least played a part in saving the world - very directly, I mean. What if the fact that those people are so important to their worlds is why they - in general - get pulled back quicker?
