Evening, Luceti. I’m Trafalgar Law, and for those of you who aren’t familiar with this entire process, I’m transmitting over a secure network that can’t be seen by the Malnosso.

As most of you are aware, thanks to the efforts of Miss Precis, Miss Cheria, Mister Claude, and Shikamaru, a new section of the tunnel complex was revealed to us early in October. In there, there are two consoles, each requiring a key to activate the system it’s connected to. Neither key was present at the site; however there was a clue to one’s location on the wall of messages in the complex:

“The key is buried in the desert, in a box. Fifty feet north of the ancient temple’s entrance, in a box of lead. If we ever find the other one, maybe we’ll see the true purpose of this place. ”

Given its importance, Miss Nami and I set out to retrieve this key. On Oct 25, right before the draft [Please don’t ask why they were up at that time.] we managed to retrieve it. Currently the other key remains at large.

Miss Nami’s not currently available to answer questions about this and its discovery as she’s conducting the mikan harvest right now, and is short a few hands. She could probably use a little help. In the meantime, I’ll be glad to answer what I can.

It's nothing fancy. It looks a house key, really. But I tested it and it does fit in one of the consoles down there.

Oh. [Just a hint of disappointment. He hoped it looked really cool, but still, he should focus on the important part of the news.] Well it's still great that you found it! But is there any clue about finding the other one?

Awesome! I was trying to figure out a way to get to that key but I couldn't quite wrap my head around it. I'm glad that it was found though.

Is it possible the Malnosso have the other key? ... Some of the notes hinted that a few of them defected to them.

[Nonetheless, the implication that the same could happen to this enclosure disturbs her. Even with the missions meant to help the general population.

When is it doing too much for the village, and helping the Malnosso just as much?]

It's possible.

The note by A.R. indicated either they never found it or if it was, it was either kept quiet or... well, something happened to them shortly after its finding. [The most logical possibilities.] We won't know for sure until we rule out the entire enclosure, and frankly combing inch by inch isn't the most efficient use of our time.

... we need a way to narrow down the search area.

Could it be on one of the labs, sir? Or in other facilities there may still be in Luceti...? I've never revised them myself. Maybe there's something around the facility. Or below it.

What? Geez, already? If it was right where that stuff said it would be then I'm gonna tell Sokka I told him so.

[She's pretty sore about it. She wanted very badly to help look for that key, even if she didn't end up finding it.]

It was actually somewhat further out. But close enough, I guess.

Maybe one of the smithy people can look at the key and make a matching one or something.

I assume you can give a description of the other key we're looking for?

Think small and very much like a house key. It'll look startlingly ordinary. If we're lucky, it's in a lead box like the one we've found now to help us tell it apart from every other key in this enclosure.

[A key to some kind of computer and they needed to find a key? Well...Sora has something that might help.]

Maybe we don't need to find it. A bunch of us here have these things called keyblades and they can get through any lock.

[That is if Malnosso stopped that too.]
