[Locked Transmission to Residents]

Residents. This is Chief Petty Officer Daisy SPARTAN-023.

I am informing that on July 15th of the fifth registered cycle of the Luceti enclosure, we are getting close on cracking the code for the card key and the terminals found for the recently discovered installations in the tunnels. Now the decision lies on which door to open for our benefit.

The doors present in the new areas reached are the following:

- Archives
- Armory
- Call Center
- Classified
- Garage
- R&D
- Recreation
- Security
- Storage

Due to the risk of the card being good for one use only as a likely safety procedure used in the past for these installations, this choice will be held by democratic vote. We don't know what will be find in any of these doors, so choose wisely. While intel is always precious in this place... so is tech.

Do you think it'd like have games and stuff?

[ She wants to pick the same one for the same reason. ]

Mm! That's exactly what it'll have! Fun games for everyone to play...maybe even nice places to nap when we're done playing!

[breezing]

Right!! I'm definitely voting for that one! Everyone could use nice places to go!

...Although I'm not allowed in the tunnels, maybe I could go there with Grandpa or something if it has a nice place to go?

That's the one everyone should vote for. Don't worry, I'm sure they all think the same way!

...Why aren't you allowed in the tunnels?

[breezing]

'Cause it's dangerous, I guess.

[bamboozler]

Ehhh...it's not dangerous down there at all. You don't have to worry about that.

[breezing]

My grandparents said not to go down there, though!

[bamboozler]

What if I take you down there? Would that be alright?

[breezing]

Um, I don't know you that well, and my grandparents would have to say yes...

[ She is actually cautious sometimes. ]

[She was initially going to ignore this, but after that idiotic animal suggested to endanger a child, she has to resist the temptation to get out of the tunnels to field-dress it.]

The tunnels are unexplored for the most part, and we found Twila there -- the spirit of weeks ago. There are still dangers. We found the key card from a man that had stayed dead down there.

There was a reason your grandfather forbade you from entering. It's one reason why we're holding this vote.

[breezing]

Yeah, I THOUGHT so. That's why I've never seen the letters people wrote or anything. I don't go down there.

[ Because once her grandparents actually make a rule for her, she's a stickler for it. ...Well, she's broken the candy limit one before... ]

[She breathes deeply from her end, calming down.]

Thank you. Just be careful. Some of us don't trust the tunnels just yet, and powers don't work down there.

[breezing]

They don't? [ Suddenly so many conversations make so much more sense... ]

I won't go down there, don't worry. I don't even leave the town unless I'm with a grown-up. [ She considers that statement for a half-second. ] I mean, a grown-up I'm allowed to leave town with. Like grandpa or Katara or Uncle Sokka or someone.

[She blinks when she hears "with a grown-up", but nods to herself from the terminal when Ikki quickly corrects herself.]

That will be for the best. We'll keep trying to open the rest of the doors to know what else is down there, but keep listening to your guardians. Remember they want you safe.

[breezing]

Yeah, I know! That's why we have house rules! I never break 'em.

[ ...A pause. She was raised to be honest and is naturally honest besides. ]

...Well, sometimes I have an extra treat, but...I really try not to!
