[Locked Transmission to Residents]

Residents. This is Chief Petty Officer Daisy SPARTAN-023.

I am informing that on July 15th of the fifth registered cycle of the Luceti enclosure, we are getting close on cracking the code for the card key and the terminals found for the recently discovered installations in the tunnels. Now the decision lies on which door to open for our benefit.

The doors present in the new areas reached are the following:

- Archives
- Armory
- Call Center
- Classified
- Garage
- R&D
- Recreation
- Security
- Storage

Due to the risk of the card being good for one use only as a likely safety procedure used in the past for these installations, this choice will be held by democratic vote. We don't know what will be find in any of these doors, so choose wisely. While intel is always precious in this place... so is tech.

You know, I hadn't even thought of that. Question is, would there be enough to make the vehicles widespread for everyone? I almost feel like we'd need renovations to make room for them, flying or otherwise.

The thing about Vaskoth is that it had actual roads. Luceti's not that fortunate.

[Daisy moves down to see the rest of the conversations. She had assumed thy'd have to pave the streets themselves until she saw the mention of these... "earthbenders". She thinks she heard Katara mention them once.]

Making improvised roads is a standard for the military. Most of the time it's just a dirt road, but there's tech in my world to allow it on the fly when needed, such as instacrete or ecopavement. We seem to have a few that could help us.

But it's possible whoever owned this village before us were in the same conditions, and had vehicles fit to go off-road.

From what we've seen of the other villages, some of them have received upgrades over time - such as we've witnessed in Vaskoth's case, anyway. Others are far less developed than we are. They all start from the same templates. One can presume that over time, if Luceti previously had a chance to develop, it would have been a different village from the one we have now, and when this cycle started over, they removed all of those developments.

So... we don't know what to expect from that door, other than it not being anything we can use immediately, and therefore we should put other considerations first.

Then again, we've had our share of upgrades before. Remember how things were before electricity? Or even the battle dome? So a quick fix is possible; it's just not very likely, I'd say.

Yes, that was my point. Obviously the village has experienced upgrades, but opening this door isn't going to guarantee anything.
