[Locked Transmission to Residents]
Residents. This is Chief Petty Officer Daisy SPARTAN-023.
I am informing that on July 15th of the fifth registered cycle of the Luceti enclosure, we are getting close on cracking the code for the card key and the terminals found for the recently discovered installations in the tunnels. Now the decision lies on which door to open for our benefit.
The doors present in the new areas reached are the following:
- Archives
- Armory
- Call Center
- Classified
- Garage
- R&D
- Recreation
- Security
- Storage
Due to the risk of the card being good for one use only as a likely safety procedure used in the past for these installations, this choice will be held by democratic vote. We don't know what will be find in any of these doors, so choose wisely. While intel is always precious in this place... so is tech.
((OOC: This is a discussion post, use it for your characters to speak about the possibilities and the tunnels that could be used, and why.))

[JUST. PUTTING THAT OUT THERE. He probably talked about this with anyone else who was down in the tunnels working on the computers, when discussion no doubt came up.]
...that said, it's not like we don't have time to open all of them. The only one I'd directly caution not opening until we have more information is the armory.

But isn't there a chance that they all lead to dead ends? I feel like, no matter what we choose, there's some level of risk.

If we get rid of it, not only civilians will get better transportation, but the fighters here could get the chance to use greater weaponry and evacuate non-fighters to safer areas in the case of an invasion.
Intel can be obtained later, and I'm not sure of much use could it be to us. I don't think we can afford staying without vehicles for long.

[And the armory. But again that seems way too dangerous.]

The thing about Vaskoth is that it had actual roads. Luceti's not that fortunate.

[ Prim is still trying to be a helpful participant, yes. She tries to clarify a bit better after a short pause. ]
And information is what I think would be more immediately useful to us over the other things? Um. Mostly because we have a lot of stuff.
[ But not as much information? It made sense in her head. ]

There are also a handful of unanswered questions we may never obtain otherwise and the archives may at least serve some purpose alleviating our curiosity. I am sure that not all of the answers are expected to be there, but... we won't know unless we try.

[Accessing archives was always a sure fire way to find out where to go next or what to do back home, so why wouldn't the same thing apply to here?]
We might even get some information of stuff that isn't covered by any of the other doors. Or maybe a history of what's been put behind the other doors so we know what to expect when we slide 'em open.

Departmentalization. We want to open up all of the doors sometime, but the process needs to have the terminals duped into a maintenance mode to accept our keycard as a "temporary" measure regardless of which door was it formerly programmed to open. Once it's accepted, we'll have to do the same with the rest for the same card.

Still, I find myself at indecision. The archives, storage or security all sound potentially promising in particular.

[A perfectly valid tactic, and part of the Modus Operanti of ONI. However...]
It's possible they're trying to fool us. But it's been hidden for a long time, and we don't know what exactly happened with the dead man with the key card.
